Background:
This coffee is grown in the highlands of PNG, which are known for its stunning and fertile mountainous volcanic soil. PNG coffee is high grade and highly sought after throughout the world. This Arabica coffee is a premium product and is grown in the PNG Highlands in the Simbu Province at altitudes above 1500 metres.

A clean, full-bodied cup with superb levels of acidity and astounding richness in the cup. Provides a balanced cup and brings forward rich flavours of berries, dark cocoa, and toasted nuts. Flashes of intense sweetness and searing candy. Fruity with tones of mango and papaya in the aroma, also brings a full body and clean taste to the cup.

When it comes to roasting Papua New Guinea coffee, you do not want to overdo it. Most roasters tend to stop around a medium to medium-dark-level roast.
